The staff were all very good. The location was magnificent and marvelous, near to everything. It's close to other great restaurants. I appreciated the room, the bed was comfy.

The suite had all the necessities like an electric kettle and a fridge. The staff were super friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was amazing, right by the corniche and close to Lulu and other awesome restaurants 🌟.

The staff provided excellent service during my stay. My room was spacious and lovely, thanks to the welcoming staff. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, the corniche, Lulu, and the beach. I enjoyed dining at Mehfil Restaurant, which was just a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is located near the beach and the staff at the reception are friendly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean, but toiletries and towels are limited. The breakfast is average and internet is not always stable.

Communication is a problem as English is not spoken by all staff.

The breakfast and the location were the best things about this hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of food and it was tasty. The hotel was situated near to the Corniche area which made it easy to walk to the beach. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful hotel staff.

The worst aspects of this hotel were the poor service and the condition of the rooms. The hotel staff had poor communication skills and there was often a delay in service.

The location of Golden Tower Hotel was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the corniche. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfy. The reception staff were funny and accommodating, making for a pleasant check-in experience. The hotel helper was also smiley and helpful during our stay.
